PUBLIC ART@FREILAGER-PLATZ is an initiative by the Basel Academy of Art and Design FHNW, HEK (House of Electronic Arts), Kunsthaus Baselland, and IG Freilagerplatz. The internationally renowned and socially committed artist Jeppe Hein will kick things off with his water feature Appearing Rooms.
