Martin Kippenberger: Heavy Burschi

On the occasion of Martin Kippenberger’s 70th birthday, Capitain Petzel is announcing the presentation of Heavy Burschi, opening in Berlin on January 21, 2023. This installation, which was initially displayed at Kölnischer Kunstverein in Cologne in 1991, brings together many of Kippenberger’s defining themes in terms of media and its process of production. Furthermore, a presentation of Heavy Mädel at Galerie Gisela Capitain will open in Cologne on February 11, 2023.
