Shape Of Things To Come. Again.

“Shape Of Things To Come” alludes to the eponymous title of H.G. Wells‘ 1933 vision of the future. By simply adding the word “Again”, a transformation from a utopia to a dystopia is conceivable.

Individual works by Marcel Broodthaers, Ian Hamilton Finlay, Robert Lettner, and Herbert Starek are juxtaposed in dialogue and confrontation with Jenny Holzer’s six works from her legendary “Top Secret” series from 2012. These playful constellations question existing systems and allow us a glimpse of the future.
