Wilde is thrilled to announce the solo exhibition and book release by Kendell Geers this June in Basel, unveiling a provocative and groundbreaking reevaluation of Marcel Duchamp’s influence on conceptual art.

Kendell Geers’s debut exhibition in Basel serves as a bold testament to his profound engagement with history, art, and activism. At the heart of the exhibition lies his forthcoming book Duchamp’s Endgame, offering provocative insights into Marcel Duchamp’s legacy and his influence on art history. The exhibition, The Oculist Witness, presents a selection of Kendell Geers‘ historical works spanning three decades, which relate to the themes explored in the book and outline his long-standing connection to Marcel Duchamp.

Duchamp’s Endgame is published by Wilde in partnership with Fonds Mercator and Yale University Press. it will be exclusively available through Wilde, offering readers a rare opportunity to delve into this groundbreaking reevaluation of one of the most influential figures in modern art.
